Battleship. Chess. Capture the Flag. Together in the exciting 2-player smartphone game... |

Sail to the top of your map, capture your flag, and bring it home to win! Sail around or diagonally between islands. Submerge to hide from your opponent, and to avoid hitting mines. Each game starts with your submerged submarine in the bottom row, hidden from your opponent - notice your green periscope. Your submarine moves in a straight line in 8 directions, just like a queen in chess. However, your submarine can only move one or two spaces at a time when surfaced, and only one space at a time when submerged. You can move diagonally between islands. To move, click your desired destination square, or you can click your submarine to pass on that move. Also, you can dive or surface and still make a move. Avoid mines when surfaced. You can see your two mines, but you can't see your opponent's two mines, or their submarine when they're submerged. Your submarine has sonar and will start glowing red to warn you if your opponent's submarine or mines are dangerously close to your submarine - meaning within the 8 squares surrounding your submarine. You can slip under mines safely when you're submerged, just don't forget where you parked your submarine, and don't surface when you're under a mine. Landing on your opponent torpedos them and also wins the game. So does ramming them by sailing across them using a 2-square surface move - with them in the middle. First to win 3 games wins the match. Tips: You can see your mines, but not your opponent's mines. Remembering the path you took to your flag may help you return faster, on the surface, without fear of hittng a mine. Moving one space at a time is safest because you'll be warned by sonar if you get near a mine, before hitting it (or might that sonar contact be your opponent's submarine? Ripe for a torpedoing or ramming? hmmm...) Sooo, moving two spaces at a time on the surface is faster, but you risk accidentally landing on a mine without warning (or on your submerged opponent, a good thing, hmmm...) Being on the surface also makes you visible to your opponent. Some games will start with you glowing, meaning you started that game with one or more of your opponent's mines next to you. Good luck. Each oceanscape is random and unique. Click 'Enter' above to play and yes, pirates had submarines. Don't believe everything you read. Arrr...
